Binny is a small, one-person shop: every order is printed and shipped by hand, one drawer at a time. These terms are plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email zane@bluedataworks.com before you order.
Nothing is stocked. Once we've confirmed your drawer can be printed, we print the exact bins and baseplate tiles your design describes. Because each order is custom-cut to your drawer and your layout, it isn't resellable to anyone else.
The fit of your baseplate and bins depends entirely on the drawer dimensions you provide. Please double-check your measurements and sizes before placing an order — measure twice, and use the 3D preview to confirm the layout looks right. We build exactly what the design says.
If you email us before we've charged your card, cancelling costs nothing on either side: we release the hold and no money ever leaves your account. That window is short — it closes when we confirm your drawer and start printing — so tell us immediately if something is wrong.
After that, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once a bin is in production or has finished printing, including for measurement or sizing mistakes made when the order was placed. Nothing here is resellable to anyone else.
If something arrives damaged in shipping or doesn't match what was ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.
You pay at checkout, by card. Your card is authorized when you place the order — the money is held, not taken — and it is only chargedonce we've confirmed your drawer can actually be printed. If it can't be built, the hold is released and you are never charged at all.
So your bank may show a pending hold straight away and the real charge a day or two later — possibly longer if there are drawers ahead of yours in the queue. That's two views of the same one payment, not two payments. If a hold sits for about a week without us confirming, it simply expires and nothing is taken.
Orders ship once printing is complete. Shipping times vary with order size and queue length — we'll keep you posted by email.
Prices shown at checkout are itemized for your specific design and are current as of the moment you order. Pricing may change over time as materials and costs change.
